Full Cast, Creative Team Set for The Rainmaker at Long Beach Playhouse

Full cast and creative team information has been announced for the Long Beach Playhouse Theatre production of The Rainmaker, January 2-February 7, with direction by Phyllis Gitlin.

Set in a drought-ridden rural town in Depression-era America, N. Richard Nash's play centers around a charismatic con-man claiming to be a rainmaker and promising to bring rain for $100. The cast will feature Paul Breazeale, Kevin Deegan, Sean Gray, Cort Huckabone, Loren McJannett-Taylor, Mitchell Nunn, and Jim Thoms.

The creative team will feature Donna Fritsche (costume design), Greg Fritsche (scenic design), Brian Page (sound design), and Andrew Vonderschmitt (lighting design).
