Tony nominee Jonathan Groff will guest star on the hit FOX series Glee for at least five episodes, according to EW.com.

Groff will reportedly play the lead male singer of Vocal Adrenaline on the show, and serve as a potential love interest for Rachel, played by his Spring Awakening co-star, Lea Michele.

The show's cast also includes Matthew Morrison, Jane Lynch, Cory Monteith, Jessalyn Gilsig, Dianna Agron, Chris Colfer, Jayma Mays, Mark Salling, and Jenna Ushkowitz. A number of theater notables have already appeared as guests, including Kristin Chenoweth, Josh Groban, Debra Monk, John Lloyd Young, and Victor Garber.
