George Gershwin Alone | Laguna Playhouse has added Hershey Felder's Monsieur Chopin, February 25-March 7, to their upcoming season and extended the production of Felder's George Gershwin Alone, now set to close on February 21. Felder's Monsieur Chopin reveals the genius of 19th century composer Frédéric Chopin, known as the "poet of the piano." Joel Zwick will direct.
Previously announced productions include My Way: A Musical Tribute to Frank Sinatra, July 7-August 23, conceived by David Grapes and Todd Olson, with a book by Olson and direction by Grapes; and Ron Hutchinson's Moonlight and Magnolias, October 6-November 1, a comic look at the rewriting of the script to the movie Gone with the Wind.
