Tony Award-winning stage and screen star Diahann Carroll's one-woman show The Lady...The Music.....The Legend will be filmed live at the Annenberg Theater in Palm Springs, California on Wednesday April 21, and broadcast on PBS as part of their fund-raising program on the U.S public television stations, premiering in August 2010.

Carroll won her Tony for Richard Rodgers' No Strings, and received an Academy Award nomination for Claudine. She was the first black actress to star in her own TV series, Julia, for which she won a Golden Globe, and also co-starred in the TV series Dynasty. She is currently appearing in the USA TV Network series White Collar, as well as performing in concert around the country.
