WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
It's New Year's Day at the Horst house and all is not quiet. Matriarch Vernella is juggling sweet potatoes, turkey, gravy and underwear in preparation for the family's annual New Year's dinner while her husband Harold juggles football and a beer. Vernella's son Flint is nursing a hangover in celebration of his recent divorce and Harold's disturbed teenage daughter Tiffany struggles between two opposing identities: gothic, and morbidly gothic. Into the mix steps Orvis, Vernella's youngest son, back from college, dirty laundry in one hand, some surprising news in the other: he's gay. He's GAY, everybody! But no one seems
to care...
