The Broadway Hit The Pajama Game at The Eclectic Company Theatre features the young artists of its resident Children's Theatre Group of Southern California, many of them teens and juveniles.

New pajama factory superintendent Sid falls hard for Babe, the attractive head of the union grievance committee. Sid's feelings are reciprocated, but there's a problem: Sid and Babe are on opposite sides of a labor dispute. The workers are fighting for a 7 ½ cent raise, the big boss wants nothing to do with it, and the conflict gets so intense that at one point, Sid actually fires Babe. Can true love possibly survive a fight over 7 ½ cents?
