The Ohmies! tells the story of a young butterfly named Penny, who, along with her colorful animal friends, goes on a pre-dawn journey to surprise the Sun. In the course of their adventure, the cast and the audience learn essential life lessons like taking time to smell the flowers and leaving The Worries behind. Each character represents a basic Yoga pose, like butterfly or downward facing dog. The colorful characters sing catchy world music songs that describe the life lessons and how to do the yoga poses. At the end of the journey Penny and her friends are able to surprise and pay their respects to the sun by doing the entire yoga sun salutation free of The Worries and full of life.
