WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
Skirball Cultural Center is proud to present The Member of the Wedding. Set in the American South during teh 1940's, Carson McCullers' coming-of-age story about a lonely, overimaginative 12-year-old girl and her colored cook won both the Donaldson Award and the New York Drama Critics' Prize for Best American Play in 1950.
Part of L.A. Theatre Works The Play's The Thing live radio theater series, this production is recorded live for future broadcast on KCRW 89.9 FM.
