WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
JoBeth Williams directs Julie Harris, Jamie Lee Curtis, Glenne Headley, Hector Elizondo, Shirley Knight, David Clennon, and Scott Wolf as the 40-somethings who meet annually at a genteel Southern resort in Lillian Hellman's poignant and humorous The Autumn Garden. The Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright looks affectionately upon the sad and funny frailties of human existence as these longtime friends enter the autumn of their lives.
Part of L.A. Theatre Works The Play's The Thing live radio theater series, this production is recorded live for future broadcast on KCRW 89.9 FM.
