No wonder Por Quincy hates his birthday -- his mother's sent him to buy his own cake. He gets sidetracked by ambition along the way, and ends up on a madcap trek to become president. Urged on by the King of Tears, armed with a lucky sword and assisted by a wise butterfly named Gilly Gallo, Por Quicy hits the campaign trail.
