WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
Lamb's Players Theatre presents a revival of Rodgers and Hammerstein's classic musical South Pacific. Set on the series of Pacific Islands during World War II, young American men and women have their hearts opened as they encounter a new and wider world. Packed with indelible characters from Nellie Forbush to Luther Billis to the iconic Bloody Mary, memorable songs like "Some Enchanted Evening," "Bali H'ai," and "I'm Gonna Wash That Man Right Out of My Hair," this show is a riveting work of theatre with one of the best musical scores ever. The run of the show has been extended through July 4th, ending with a bang (of fireworks that is!) on the 4th at 1:00 pm and 4:30 pm.
