Singin' In The Rain, the classic movie musical, marks Moonlight Stage Productions' second show of the 2003 Summer Season of Musicals. The stage adaptation of one of the most celebrated and beloved films of all time stars Kirby and Beverly Ward and is directed and choreographed by Bonnie & Don Ward. Celebrating the 50th anniversary of the movie release, the musical is a tap dancing nostalgic hit with memorable songs which whisk you back to the roaring 20's and the advent of talking films. The show has a hit parade of Hollywood standards like "Make 'em Laugh," "You are My Lucky Star," and "Good Morning." The gates open at 6:30 p.m. for picnics on the lawn in low lawn chairs, and curtain is at 8:00 p.m. Blankets, sweaters and jackets are encouraged for cool summer evenings.
