WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
Pasadena Playhouse opens its 2001 season with the West Coast premiere of Side Man. Warren Leight penned this Tony Award winner for Best Play of 1998. Heartwarming and touching, this powerful memory play is narrated by Clifford, the son of a jazz trumpeter. The play explores the father's immersion into the jazz world and the effect it had on his family.
