Nagle Jackson's rarely staged play--which debuted at the Oregon Shakespeare Festival in
Ashland in 1996--features two of Molière's original works, The Love Doctor and The
Forced Marriage, both translated by Jackson with precise wit and accuracy. In the
Knightsbridge's spirited production, viewers will be treated to backstage action focused on
Molière and his troupe of actors, as well as the action of their farces as they are played to the
royal court and Parisian theatre-goers.
