WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
Based on characters from Al Capp's comic strip, Li'l Abner is a mix of hillbilly nonsense and satirical humor. The score includes "Jubilation T. Cornpone", "Namely You," and "The Country's in the Very Best of Hands." The book is written by Norman Panama and Melvin Frank, and is directed and choreographed by Michael Kidd. Presented by Musical Theatre Guild.
