JFK on JFK is Michael Shannon's one-man show that features JFK examining JFK for the first time on stage. Directed by Vickery Turner, the play transports the audience into the Kennedy White House, into his Oval Office, and into his bedroom. This theatrical journey visits Cuba's Bay of Pigs as well as the tumultuous streets of Birmingham and Montgomery, with stops in Paris, Vienna, Berlin, Moscow, and Saigon. Shannon explores the mind of JFK through his words, thoughts, aspirations, failures, and triumphs.
