In I, Too, Am America, writer/performer James Reynolds portrays more than 20 different characters including Paul Robeson, Sojourner Truth, Deadwood Dick, and his own family members. He describes the show as "an evening of sharing the experiences, thoughts, and feelings throughout history as seen through the eyes of musicians, historians, ex-slaves, poets, artists, teachers, and others who have contributed to the vastness of the African-American experience."

Reynolds has long enjoyed a national fan following for his portrayal of detective Commander Abe Carver on the daytime TV drama Days Of Our Lives. Midway through his twenty-year span on that show, he spent a season starring in the groundbreaking daytime serial Generations portraying Henry Marshall. Both roles earned him Emmy nominations.

After each performance, Mr. Reynolds will answer questions from the audience.
