After a fifty year hiatus, Herb feels the time has come to return to his first love, acting, and resume his budding career. Herbicide is his auto-bio-solo show, directed by Jay Kogen. A superb storyteller, Herb's outrageously funny and poignant tales are based on the events and circumstances that altered the course of his life and took him from the last dirt road in Brooklyn to the hills of Los Angeles. None of these stories involve the recently demoted planet, Pluto, which many who know him suspect Herb may have been a resident of. This is about a man who believes that there is no time like the present, and in fact the only time is the present!
