19 Gypsy Productions presents the world premiere of Troy Presha's Friends of Frank. Directed by Presha, the new dramedy is the story of two On the Waterfront location scouts clashing with eccentric townies in Hoboken, New Jersey when Marlon Brando is cast over hometown hero Frank Sinatra.
