Sunday, October 2 at 11 am Creative PlayGround presents The Legends of King Arthur The audience becomes lords and ladies at a festival in honor of King Arthur and Queen Guenevere. Merlin performs his special brand of magic and an afternoon of revelry begins! Inspired by Merlin's magic, Arthur retells the stories of his past adventures. Sunday, October 9 - no Creative PlayGround performance (Theatricum Botanicum's annual Hootenanny and Tribute to Woody Guthrie takes place from 12 pm - 4 pm) Sunday, October 16 at 11 am Creative PlayGround presents Ferdinand the Bull This piece brings to life Munro Leaf's story about a young bull who does not like to fight. Audience participation. Sunday, October 23 at 11 am Creative PlayGround presents Three Tales by Hans Christian Andersen Weaving together the classic Andersen fairytales of The Swineherd, The Princess and the Pea and The Emperor's New Clothes, Creative PlayGround tells the history of a single royal family. Audience participation. Sunday, October 30 at 11 am Creative PlayGround presents Halloween Stories Three ghost tales that will leave even the youngest audience members able to sleep at night. Audience participation.
