What happens in a relationship when the very things that drew you together now send you flying apart? In Displays of Affection, two one act plays explore the ties and bonds of a fraying marriage.

The first play, Carnality, by Mark Loewenstern, shows a contentious couple held together by both their daughter and a powerful sexual connection from which they cannot break free.

The second piece, Riches, by Pulitzer Prize finalist Lee Blessing, shows a couple celebrating their 21st wedding anniversary whose communication breakdown takes them to an extreme climax of another kind.
