Jessica Bern's raw and funny new solo work, Days of Whine and Roses, explores a young woman's fear of abandonment and what she does to avoid being alone with herself. Although physically grown up, mentally Jessica remains a child, leading to tons of worthless affairs, a marriage to her "best friend" and the conception of a child through in-vitro fertilization. Jessica's ultimate victory over her "self" lets her share the gritty and often hilarious revelations of a woman on the other side of a self made nightmare.
