WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
A world-premiere theatrical journey into the mind of an American legend and hero, Beautiful in the Extreme is an epic expedition through the American West as Meriwether Lewis saw it...wild, awesome and pristinely beautiful. Beautiful in the Extreme is not a historical "re-creation" but a theatrical "imagining" of Lewis' accounts and observations between 1795 and 1809, through a journey from a flatboat on the Mississippi through the historic Northwest and beyond.
