Santa Monica Playhouse presents the enchanting musical comedy And Awaaay We Go to Wonderland! - being the further adventures of "The Fairytale Four" - Lester the Jester, Fifika the Fortune Teller, and the raggedy-shaggedy duo Patty Patches and Stuffy Steve. The newest in its captivating series of Rudie-DeCarlo musical fairy tales for young-at-heart audiences of all ages, And Awaaay We Go to Wonderland! is a delightful romp through the world of dolls and dreams in which the audience helps decide the future of the fairytale world. Solving riddles, predicting the future, time travel and a joyous sing-a-long are just some of the fun features that make this Family Theatre event the perfect weekend outing for the entire family! The show is written and directed by Evelyn Rudie and Chris DeCarlo, with words and music by E. Rudie and Matt Wrather.
