Flashback Friday: Sara Ramirez and Tim Curry Find Spamalot's Grail at the 2005 Tony Awards

Find your grail before seeing the show at the Hollywood Bowl this weekend.

A decade ago this year, Monty Python's Spamalot opened on Broadway at the Shubert Theatre and won a handful of Tonys. "Lovingly ripped off" from the film Monty Python and the Holy Grail, the original cast featured an enviable list of performers including Tim Curry, David Hyde Pierce, Hank Azaria, Christopher Sieber, Christian Borle, and Sara Ramirez, who would go on to win a Tony for her performance and then star on the television series Grey's Anatomy. This weekend, Monty Python's Spamalot returns to the stage at the Hollywood Bowl for a 10th Anniversary concert, which stars an equally cool list of talent like Craig Robinson (The Office) and Christian Slater (Heathers, True Romance).

But the original holds a special place in our heart, and for this week's Flashback Friday, we fondly remember this dear departed show with its 2005 Tony Awards performance of "Find Your Grail," featuring 2005 Best Featured Actress Tony winner Ramirez.
