Pasek & Paul to Pen Songs for New Tim Federle Film Foster

Oscar and Tony winners Benj Pasek and Justin Paul (Dear Evan Hansen) will pen the songs for the new family film Foster, written by fellow Broadway scribe Tim Federle (Tuck Everlasting).
The movie follows a young man who isn't satisfied with the ending to a series of fantasy books, and finds himself transported into a magical world alongside author of the books.
Karen Disher and Steve Martino will codirect for Fox Animation and Blue Sky Studios, with Marc Platt producing. The movie is scheduled to hit cinemas on March 5, 2021.
