Sneaky Pete, a Sony Pictures Television drama executive-produced by Tony Award winner Bryan Cranston (All the Way, Breaking Bad), has been ordered to series by Amazon, Deadline reports.

David Shore, Seth Gordon, James Degus, and Erin Gunn join Cranston as executive producers of the series, which stars Giovanni Ribisi as a criminal who, after being released from prison, steals his cellmate’s identity and begins living with and working for the man’s family of bail bondsmen. Tony nominees Marin Ireland (Reasons to Be Pretty) and Margo Martindale (Cat on a Hot Tin Roof) are also featured in the cast.

The pilot was directed by Gordon and written by Shore, with Cranston appearing as a guest star. The show was originally developed for CBS but the network passed on the project in May.
