Tony Winner Billy Porter to Perform at the Grammy Museum

Tony and Grammy winner Billy Porter will perform in a one-night engagement at the Clive Davis Theater at The Grammy Museum in Los Angeles on May 15. The evening, presented by American Express, will include an intimate discussion hosted by Grammy Museum executive director Scott Goldman on Porter's career.

The discussion will also cover Porter's latest album, Billy Porter Presents the Soul of Richard Rogers, which debuted in April. The night is being sponsored by Amoeba Music and will feature a special performance by Porter from his new album.

Billy Porter is a singer, composer, actor, playwright, and director from Pittsburgh. He originated the role of Lola Broadway's Kinky Boots, which won him 2013 Tony, Grammy, Drama Desk, and Outer Critics Circle Awards. His other theater work has included Shuffle Along, Miss Saigon, Dreamgirls, Angels in America, and more.
