Two-time Tony Award winner Patti LuPone will take her latest concert, Far Away Places, to Segerstrom Center for the Arts in Costa Mesa, California for a one-night-only performance on March 22, 2014.

Far Away Places is conceived and directed by Scott Wittman and features musical direction and arrangements by Joseph Thalken. Backed by a five-piece ensemble, the concert brings together various musical styles from a number of different eras with songs from artists such as Kurt Weill, Edith Piaf, Willie Nelson, the Bee Gees, Stephen Sondheim, Cole Porter, and more.

Throughout her career, LuPone has both originated and revived some of the most memorable roles in Broadway history. Her most notable performances include her starring turns in Evita and Gypsy, both of which earned her Tony Awards for Best Leading Actress in a Musical. She also received Tony nominations for her performances in Anything Goes, Sweeney Todd, and Women on the Verge of a Nervous Breakdown. LuPone was most recently seen on Broadway last season in David Mamet's The Anarchist.
