The Big C, Glee, Modern Family, The Social Network, et al. to Be Honored by AFI

The American Film Institute has named the top 10 films and television shows of 2010, and will honor the creative ensembles for each of the films and TV shows at a luncheon on January 14 at the Four Seasons Hotel in Los Angeles.
The AFI’s top films are Black Swan, The Fighter, Inception, The Kids Are All Right, 127 Hours, The Social Network, The Town, Toy Story 3, True Grit, and Winter’s Bone. It also issued special special awards to the British drama The King’s Speech and the documentary Waiting for Superman.
The top 10 TV programs of the year are The Big C, Boardwalk Empire, Breaking Bad, Glee, Mad Men, Modern Family, The Pacific, Temple Grandin, 30 Rock, and The Walking Dead.
