Joe DiPietro’s F*cking Men will return to the Celebration Theatre for a limited six-week engagement, January 8-February 14. Calvin Remsberg will once again direct.

Conceived as a riff on Arthur Schnitzler’s 19th century play, La Ronde, the play observes the sex lives of modern urban gay America. The work originally opened at Celebration on September 11, 2009, and the sold-out production was extended twice before having to close to accommodate a previously scheduled production.

Original cast members Brian Dare, Gregory Franklin, Sean Galuszka, David Pevsner, Michael Rachlis, and AJ Tannen will be joined by Parnell Damone and Christopher Grant Pearson, Adam Allison, and John Michael Beck. The creative team will include Tom Buderwitz (scenic design), Jeremy Pivnick (lighting design), and Lindsay Jones (sound design).

DiPietro is currently represented on Broadway for the book to the musical Memphis, and also wrote the books for the Broadway musical All Shook Up and the Off-Broadway musicals I Love You, You’re Perfect, Now Change and The Toxic Avenger.
