Cast Set for Hedda Gabler Reading at Neighborhood Playhouse

Casting has been announced for the Neighborhood Playhouse reading of Hedda Gabler, to be held January 17 as the final offering of their Fall Play Reading Festival. Richard Perloff will direct.

Ibsen’s social drama follows Hedda, a caged woman in the late nineteenth century who explores her desire for escape and her yearning for individual and spiritual freedom. The cast will star Courtney De Cosky as Hedda, along with Rita Baumsten, Thor Edgell, Michael Hovance, Meghan Kulig, Evan McNamara, and Heather McNamara.
