Pat Harrington to Star in Ray Bradbury’s Falling Upward

Pat Harrington will lead the cast of Ray Bradbury’s Falling Upward, set to run at the El Portal Theatre, February 26-April 5. Tim Byron Owen will direct.

The play follows the adventures of the regulars at Heeber Finn’s pub in the village of Kilcock in County Kildare, Ireland. Alongside Harrington, the cast will feature Abbott Alexander, Atotesfaye Abdu-Hakim, Walter Beery, David Evans Brandt, Roger Cruz, Tom DeBone, Duffy Dugan, Donald E. Giddings, Austin Grehan, Matthew Hoffman, James Horan, Michael Gough, Michael Lagrinas, Robert W. Laur, Peter Maloney, Tim Martin, Donald Moore, Ken O’Malley, Christian Reeve, Mik Scriba, and Philip Sokoloff.

The creative team will include Kelly Fluker (costume design), Jeff Rack (set design), and Peter Strauss (lighting design).

Harrington, who will play Garrity, is best known for his TV roles including Dwayne Schneider on One Day At A Time and Guido Panzini on The Jack Paar Show. His L.A. theatre credits include The House of Blue Leaves, Love Letters, Blackout, The Pajama Game, and Harrington and Storm.
