Justin Long, Robin Weigert, JoBeth Williams and More to Occupy Other Desert Cities at the Taper

Casting has been announced for the Mark Taper Forum production of Jon Robin Baitz‘s 2012 Tony-nominated play, Other Desert Cities. Robert Egan will direct this West Coast premiere, which runs November 28-January 6, with an opening on December 9.
In the play, a once promising novelist comes home for the holidays with a manuscript exploring an explosive chapter in the family’s history.
The ensemble cast includes Jeannie Berlin (Silda Grauman), Robert Foxworth (Lyman Wyeth), Justin Long (Trip Wyeth), Robin Weigert (Brooke Wyeth) and JoBeth Williams (Polly Wyeth).
The production will feature scenic design by Takeshi Kata, costume design by Alex Jaeger, lighting design by Lap Chi Chu and sound design by Adam Phalen.
