Tony nominee Jonathan Groff will reprise his role as Jesse St. James later this season on FOX’s Glee, according to TVLine.com.

Groff’s character will now reportedly be the coach of Vocal Adrenaline, the main rival for the show’s primary choir, New Directions.

Groff received a Tony Award nomination for his starring performance in Spring Awakening. He recently wrapped up an Off-Broadway run in The Submission, and his many other stage credits include Hair, The Bachaae, and Deathtrap.
