Los Angeles Theatre Ensemble is set to present the world premiere of Beau Fib, October 29-November 21, at the Powerhouse Theatre with Andy Goldblatt at the helm and musical direction by Scott Passarella.

With book and lyrics by Myles Nye and music by John Graney and Andy Hentz, this New Orleans-style ghost story musical centers on Beau Fib and his quest to find out why he wore his good shoes, something he'd never do without a special occasion.

The cast will feature Ashley Bryant, Cat Davis, Cristopher Karbo, Mike Kindle, Jim Merson, Scott Palmason, Marie Petit, Matthew Schueller, Chris Sheets, Catherine Talton, and Christopher Young. The creative team will include François-Pierre Couture (scenic/lighting design) and Anne Rene Brashier (choreography).
