Answer The Call Musical to Premiere at Hollywood Court Theatre

FirstStage will present the world premiere of a new musical comedy, Answer The Call, October 10-November 22, at the Hollywood Court Theatre. Derrel Maury Friedman will direct.

This Michael Antin-Leonard Bloom-Michael Antin musical, with additional dialogue by Friedman, follows the history of a Jewish family when a troubled 11-year-old boy is given a school assignment to find out about his family’s background, and his stubborn grandfather is the one with all the answers.

The cast will feature Lou Briggs as Gordon, Friedman as Sam, Shamarrah Pates as Nettie, Spencer Price as Eddie, Haley Price as Becky, Josie Yount as Jill, and L. B. Zimmerman as Hannah. Walter Ulasinski will provide the scenic, lighting and sound design for the show.
