Casting Set for The Weir at Neighborhood Playhouse

Casting information has been announced for the Neighborhood Playhouse reading of Conor McPherson’s The Weir, October 28, which is part of the theater’s Fall Play Reading Series. Suzan Fairchild will direct the reading, which will play at the David Fairchild Studios.

McPherson’s Olivier Award winning drama is a spin on the modern ghost story, in which nothing is what it appears on a rainy night. The cast will feature Jack Messenger, Daniel Kaemon, Jonathan Krueger, Alison Robertson, and Adam Smith.

The Fall Play Reading Series will also include readings of Christopher Shinn’s Dying City at David Fairchild Studios with Craig D’Amico at the helm, November 18, and Hedda Gabler at the Neighborhood Playhouse, January 17, 2009, to be directed by Richard Perloff.
