Ed Asner, Leslie Uggams Added to Pasadena Playhouse’s Fall Season

Emmy Award winner Ed Asner and Tony and Emmy Award-winner Leslie Uggams will be featured as part of Pasadena Playhouse’s Fall 2010 season.

Asner will star in the solo show FDR (October 12 – November 7), based on Dore Schary’s Sunrise at Campobello, and about President Franklin Delano Roosevelt.
Uggams will bring her cabaret act, Leslie Uggams Uptown Downtown to the theater, November 16-December 12.

As previously reported, the theater’s fall/winter season will also include Amahl and the Night Visitors (December 16-18), The Nutcracker Ballet (December 24-31), and Dangerous Beauty (January, with specific dates TBA).
