In the film, which also stars JunoTemple, Luis Guizman, and Christopher Walken, Howard will reportedly play Ian, a hustler with big Hollywood dreams who's going nowhere fast until he intervenes in a mugging and get pulled in to a world of intrigue.

Howard appeared on Broadway in Cat on a Hot Tin Roof. He received an Oscar nomination for Hustle and Flow and his many upcoming films include Lullaby, Dead Man Down, Fellini Black and White, and The Butler .
