Richard Dreyfuss to Star in Cas & Dylan Film Directed by Jason Priestly

Stage and screen veteran Richard Dreyfuss will star in the upcoming film Cas & Dylan, according to published reports. The film is directed by Jason Priestly from a screenplay by Jessie Gabe.
Dreyfuss will play Dr. Cas Pepper, a dying man whose desire to end his life changes when he goes on the lam with a young woman, to be played by Tatiana Maslany.
The actor’s stage credits include Sly Fox, Complicit, Death and the Maiden, and many others. He won an Academy Award for his performance in The Goodbye Girl, and was nominated for his work in Mr. Holland’s Opus.
