Jackie Hoffman Joins TV Cast of The New Normal

Broadway veteran Jackie Hoffman will play a possibly recurring role in the new NBC series, The New Normal, according to TVGuide.com.
She will be portraying Frances, the mother of Justin Bartha‘s character, David. The series also stars Tony nominee Andrew Rannells as David’s partner Bryan and Georgia King as Goldie, the surrogate mom for the gay couple.
Hoffman’s Broadway credits include The Addams Family, Xanadu and Hairspray. She won an Obie Award for her performance Off-Broadway in The Book of Liz, and her solo shows have garnered her MAC and Bistro Awards.
