Harvy Blanks, Ron Canada, Roger Robinson Set for Ebony Repertory Theatre’s Fraternity

Casting has been announced for Ebony Repertory Theatre’s production of Fraternity, written by Jeff Stetson. Henry Miller will direct this Los Angeles premiere, to be presented at the Nate Holden Performing Arts Center, October 3-28, with an opening on October 5.

This award-winning political drama focuses on seven successful black community leaders.


The cast will include Drama Desk winner Harvy Blanks (Rev. Wilcox), Ron Canada (Turner Greystone), Rocky Carroll (Paul Stanton), Robert Gossett (Lawrence ‘Turk’ Maddox), Nasir Najieb (Brandon Carrington), Tony Award winner Roger Robinson (Charles Lincoln), and William Allen Young (Preston Gherard).

The production team will include Edward E. Haynes, Jr. (scenic design), Wendell C. Carmichael (costume design), Elizabeth Harper (lighting design), and Bob Blackburn (sound design).
