Carmela Corbett, Alex Knox to Star in South Coast Repertory’s Eurydice
South Coast Repertory will present Sarah Ruhl’s Eurydice, September 23-October 14. Marc Masterson will direct.
In Eurydice, a retelling of the Orpheus tale, Eurydice must choose between the two loves of her life.
The cast will feature Carmela Corbett and Alex Knox as the young lovers and Timothy Landfield as Eurydice’s father. Also in the cast will be Tim Cummings (A Nasty Interesting Man/Lord of the Underworld), Patrick Kerr (Little Stone), Michael Manuel (Big Stone), and Bahni Turpin (Loud Stone).
The design team will be comprised of Gerard Howland (set design), Soojin Lee (costume design), Anne Militello (lighting design), Bruno Louchouarn (sound design), and John Crawford (projection design).
