Anika Noni Rose to Guest Star in CBS’ Elementary

Tony Award winner Anika Noni Rose will make a guest appearance on an upcoming episode of the CBS series Elementary, according to TVGuide.com.
Rose will portray the character of Dr. Carrie Fox in this reinvented Sherlock Holmes series, which stars Jonny Lee Miller as Sherlock and Lucy Liu as his assistant, Joan Watson. The series is set to start on Thursday, September 27.
Rose won her Tony for Caroline, or Change, and also starred on Broadway in Cat on a Hot Tin Roof. Her film and television credits include Disney’s The Princess and the Frog, Dreamgirls, and The No. 1 Ladies’ Detective Agency.
