Sarah Silverman to Write and Star in New Show for NBC

Sarah Silverman’s new comedy series will air on NBC, according to a report in Variety. The comedienne will co-write the project Dan Sterling and John Schroeder.
In the series, Silverman will star as a woman re-adjusting to the single life after a decade in a live-in relationship.
Among the popular comedienne’s recent credits are 24 Hour Plays on Broadway, and the Twentywonder benefit in San Francisco, as well as her self-titled Comedy Central series and guest spots on Monk and The Simpsons.
