Jacob Young to Rejoin CBS’ The Bold and the Beautiful

Daytime Emmy Award winner Jacob Young will return to the CBS daytime drama The Bold and the Beautiful on September 26 as Rick Forrester Jr., according to TVGuide.com. He previously played the role from 1997 to 1999.

Young starred on Broadway as Lumiere in Beauty and the Beast and has appeared in numerous staged readings, as well as benefits for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS.

Young currently plays J.R. Chandler on ABC’s All My Children, which is slated to end its 41-year run on the network on September 23. He won the Daytime Emmy Award for his performance as Lucky Spencer on General Hospital.
