Carla Gugino to Star in TNT’s Hide

Broadway veteran Carla Gugino will star as D.D. Warren in the TNT movie Hide, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Based on the book of the same name by Lisa Gardner, the story centers on a Boston police detective called in to investigate a horrific crime scene. The telepic will feature a script by Janet Brownell, and direction by John Gray.

Gugino’s stage credits include Desire Under the Elms and After the Fall on Broadway and Suddenly Last Summer Off-Broadway. Her film credits include Watchmen, Race to Witch Mountain, Faster, and Sucker Punch.
