Tony Awards, Anne Hathaway, Neil Patrick Harris, John Lithgow, David Rockwell, et al. Win Emmy Awards

The 2010 Primetime Creative Arts Emmy Awards were handed out on August 21 in Los Angeles. A two-hour special from the ceremony will air on E! on August 27.

The 2009 Tony Awards won for Outstanding Special Class Program, and an Emmy was also awared to the show’s host, Neil Patrick Harris. In addition, Harris picked up a second Emmy as Outstanding Guest Actor in a Comedy for Glee.

John Lithgow was named Outstanding Guest Actor in a Drama for Dexter, Ann-Margret was named Outstanding Guest Actress in a Drama for Law & Order: SVU, and Betty White was named Outstanding Guest Actress in a Comedy for hosting Saturday Night Live.

Anne Hathaway was named Outstanding Voiceover Performance as Princess Penelope on The Simpsons; David Rockwell won for Outstanding Art Direction for the 82nd Annual Academy Awards; The Kennedy Center Honors was named Outstanding Variety Special; and Mia Michaels won Outstanding Choreography for So You Think You Can Dance.
