Circus Theatricals and Not Man Apart Physical Theatre Ensemble have announced casting for their co-production of John Farmanesh-Bocca’s Titus Redux, to run August 28 – September 12 at the Kirk Douglas Theatre. Framanesh-Bocca will stage and choreograph the production.

The piece is a multimedia reimagination of Shakespeare’s Titus Andronicus, which focuses on a man who returns to his family after five tours of duty in Afghanistan. The company will feature Jack Stehlin (Titus), Brenda Strong (Tamora), Nicholas Hormann (Marcus Andronicus), Vincent Cardinale (Chiron), Dash Pepin (Demetrius), and John Farmanesh-Bocca (Aaron), as well as Margeaux J. London — previously known as Jennifer London — as Lavinia.

The creative team will include Allison Leach (costume design), John Rousseau (lighting design), Adam Phalen (sound design), Jason Collins (special effects), and James Skylar (director of photography). Houmayoun Khosravi will provide live cello accompaniment.
